Yes — remote share is 50–70% depending on phase. For diagnostic interviews, workshops and team sessions, on-site presence is valuable. During ongoing engagements, weekly remote check-ins plus monthly on-site days are often the optimal mix. Geographic coverage: DACH primarily, EU on request.
